Abstract

The use of communication and information technology in learning is believed to be able to improve the quality of academic services and overcome the limitations of classroom learning. One form of using ICT in education, especially in the field of teaching, is the E-learning system with online-based applications. E-learning is technologically mediated learning using computers either remotely or in a face-to-face classroom setting (computer-assisted learning). This E-Learning Training With Online-Based Applications and Utilization of Information and Communication Technology Media is a community service activity that aims to provide knowledge and skills about the use of E-learning and the use of ICT in education (especially lectures) to students of the Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty Engineering University of Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan. This activity went well because of the positive response and enthusiastic attitude of the participants in carrying out the training from beginning to end. This is the main factor that supports the smooth running of the event. The material about ICT and E-learning delivered by the speaker can be developed by the trainees in following the lecture process, both face-to-face and remotely.
