This research used 36 1-day-old fresh duck eggs obtained from Rizky Farm, andaliman fruit of the sihorbo variety from Batu Nabolon Village, Tapanuli Regency, North and kecombrang fruit from the Padangsidimpuan City Impres Market and ingredients for making egg salting paste (brick powder, ashes, and salt). Meanwhile, the tools used include chopped rice straw and a plastic bucket for curing. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The variables observed included the chemical content of the egg (water content, protein, fat, free fatty acids and peroxide) and the richness of the egg yolk. The jawarandu goat species is also known as a local livestock icon from Cilacap. For good maintenance, the body weight achieved by jawarandu goats can reach 40 kg. The research aims to determine the proximate content of local concentrate added with Satrbio for Jawarandu goats. The research was carried out at the Alfatti Farm independent farm from January to February 2022 using 20 Jawarandu goats. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 local concentrate treatments and 5 replications. For proximate analysis, each replication was carried out in duplicate to increase the validity of the average results obtained. The results showed that the treatment concentrate showed an increase in proximate value compared to the control concentrate. This research was carried out in a housing unit integrated with an Azolla pond. The research was designed using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 treatments, namely R17 (ration with a crude protein content of 17%) and R15 (ration with a crude protein content of 15%), each treatment was repeated 15 times. The variables observed were the performance of laying hens which included weekly and daily ration consumption, egg production and egg weight. Data was collected during 4 weeks of observation and then analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) with the help of the SAS program. The research results showed that the use of low protein rations did not show a significant effect on consumption and weight of eggs produced, but had a significant effect on daily egg production (hen-day). Mott) planted on the Tor Simarsayang plateau. The research was carried out in January-February at Tor Simarsayang, Faculty of Agriculture, Graha Nusantara University, Padangsidimpuan. The research was designed using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments, namely: 0 kg N/ha (P0) as a control, the second treatment was 100 kg N/ha (P1), the third treatment was 200 kg N/ha (P2), and the fourth treatment was 300 kg N/ha (P3), each treatment was repeated 4 times. The variables observed were the NDF and ADF content of Mini Elephant Grass. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research results showed that the use of nitrogen fertilizer reduced the NDF and ADF content of elephant grass. Through this research, it is hoped that odot grass planting will be better and optimal, resulting in maximum growth. The research method used was an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Factorial Design (RALF) which consisted of 2 factors, factor 1: plant spacing (45 cm x 45 cm and 75 cm x 75 cm) and factor 2: number of segments (4 segments and 6 segments). Analysis of variance using the SPSS program and if there are significant differences, continue with the Duncan test. The research was carried out at the Practical Field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Graha Nusantara University, Padangsidimpuan.The results of the research can be concluded that the effect of planting distance and number of cutting segments on the growth of odot grass shoots has a significant effect (P&lt;0.05) on the growth of shoot length (Treatment P1, 3rd week), number of shoots (Treatment P4, 3rd and 4th week). ), leaf width (4th week of treatment P4) and leaf length (2nd week of P4 treatment). The research was carried out in May-July 2022 at the ISA Brown Laying Chicken Farming Unit. The research was designed using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 treatments R17 (ration with a crude protein content of 17%) and R15 (ration with a crude protein content of 15%), each treatment was repeated 15 times and excreta collection was carried out on 4th week and 8th week of observation. The variables observed were TPC/Total Population Count on pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacteria and ammonia excreta production. The results of the study showed that reducing ration protein levels to 15% significantly (P&lt;0.05) reduced the total population of pathogenic bacteria and had implications for reducing excreta ammonia (NH3) levels. This research was carried out in July - September 2023 at the Kampung Chicken Farming Unit. The research was designed using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which consisted of 3, namely treatment P1: 60% commercial feed: 40% rice bran, P2: 80% commercial feed: 20% rice bran and P3: 100% commercial feed. The variables observed were slaughter weight, carcass weight and carcass percentage. The research results showed that the use of the ratio of commercial feed to local feed had a significant effect (P&lt;0.05) on the slaughter weight, carcass weight and carcass percentage values. The P3 treatment showed the highest values ​​for slaughter weight, carcass weight and carcass percentage. The use of rice bran in treatment P2 was higher than P1. It was concluded that rice bran can be used as mixed feed with commercial feed. The use of 20% rice bran and 80% commercial feed showed the best results in slaughter weight, carcass weight and carcass percentage in free-range chickens.</em></p> M. The research was carried out for 35 days before the layers entered the culling stage at the ISA Brown Laying Chicken Farming Unit in Padangsidimpuan. The research was designed using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments consisting of P0 (No Probiotics), P1 (1 ml/liter of drinking water/day), P2 (3 ml/liter of drinking water/day) P3 (5 ml /liter drinking water/day), each treatment was repeated 3 times. This study used the probiotic microbe Enterecoccus faecalis which contained 9.8 x107 cfu/ml. The variables observed were cooking loss, tenderness and pH. The results of the study showed that administration of liquid probiotics had no significant effect (P&gt;0.05) on cooking loss, tenderness and pH in cull layer meat. However, at the level of 5 ml/liter of drinking water/day, the cooking loss value tends to be better, while at the level of 1 ml/liter of drinking water/day, it tends to be better for the tenderness and pH values. Apart from these weaknesses, the most important thing is the acceptance of the technology itself by breeders. Farmers' acceptance of innovation is related to their perception of the innovation, and the background of each breeder, because acceptance of innovation will be influenced by the breeder's own perception. Artificial Insemination (AI) is one part of the livestock breeding system which aims to increase livestock productivity. Artificial insemination as a technology introduced to breeders is a program aimed at increasing livestock production as well as breeder income. In this case, it means that the livestock business has utilized methods or technology that are constantly changing in a more efficient direction. This research was carried out from October to December 2023, using a survey method. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling and data analysis using a Likert scale. The research results stated that the perception of beef cattle breeders towards IB in Panti District, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra Province was in the agree category (46.02%), namely they were interested in implementing IB. One of the plantation crops that plays an important role in the Indonesian economy, especially the plantation subsector, is oil palm. The development of oil palm, among others, provides benefits in increasing the income of farmers and the community, providing raw materials for the processing industry that creates added value domestically and CPO exports that generate foreign exchange. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the Income of Oil Palm Farming in Dalan Lidang Village, Linggabayu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The data analysis used to answer the research objectives is quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of research that has been conducted in Dalan Lidang Village, it can be concluded that the amount of income received by oil palm farmers in the research area is on average Rp. 99,695,457.61/farmer/year. Providing information to the public about the use of arsik seasoning in salted eggs. This type of research is a type of experimental research. Held from May to June 2024, at the Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University Laboratory, Campus I Tor Simarsayang, Faculty of Agriculture, North Sumatra Province. This research used fresh and good quality eggs that were 1 day old from harvesting for duck eggs. This research uses a sensory hedonic test method with 4 treatments. Each treatment consisted of 25 eggs, so 100 eggs were treated with P0: control (0% arsik seasoning), P1: addition of 10% arsik seasoning, P2: addition of 15% arsik seasoning, and P3: addition of 20% arsik seasoning. Each treatment was stored for 14 days. The results of the research can be concluded that the results of the organoleptic quality test of salted eggs with the addition of arsik seasoning did not have a significant effect on the texture, color and taste. The organoleptic quality test of salted eggs with the addition of arsik seasoning had a significant effect (P&lt;0.05) on the aroma.
