Pengaruh Media Tanam Dan Pupuk Hayati Pada Pertumbuhan Stek Tanaman Tin (Ficus carica L.)
Abstract
The research aims to determine the effect of planting media and biological fertilizer on the growth of fig (Ficus carica L.) cuttings. This research was carried out using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) method consisting of 7 treatments and 4 replications so that there were 28 plots with treatments A0 = Soil + Sand (1:1) A1 = Soil + Sand + Charcoal Husk (1:1:1) A2 = Soil + Sand + Manure (1:1:1) A3 = Soil + Sand + Charcoal Husk (1:1:1) + Trichoderma sp. (15 grams) A4 = Soil + Sand + Charcoal Husk (1:1:1) + Mycorrhiza (15 grams) A5 = Soil + Sand + Manure (1:1:1) + Trichoderma sp. (15 grams) A6 = Soil + Sand + Manure (1:1:1) + Mycorrhiza (15 grams). The parameters observed were bud break time (days), number of shoots, number of leaves, percentage of live cuttings (%), number of roots, and root volume (ml). Based on research, the treatment of planting media and biological fertilizer did not have a significant effect on the research parameters of bud break time, number of shoots, number of leaves, percentage of live cuttings, and number of roots of fig plants (Ficus carica L.). The treatments are significantly different/have an influence on the root volume parameters of fig plants. The highest root volume was in treatment A5 soil + sand + manure + Trichodermasp. (4.12 ml) and the lowest root volume in the A0 soil + sand treatment (3.80 ml).
