Strategi Pengembangan Industri Rumahan Tempe yang Ada di Desa Siabu Kecamatan Siabu Kabupaten Mandailing Natal

Abstract

Tempe Home Industry in Siabu Village, Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze the internal and external factors that influence the development of tempe in Siabu Village, Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency and to analyze the formulation of strategies that can be applied in developing the Tempe Home Industry in Siabu Village, Mandailing Natal Regency. The industrial sector is one of the contributors to the economy in Indonesia. The existence of the processing industrial sector is an important driving force for Indonesia's economic growth. The food processing industry is an industry that operates in the management of agricultural products, both vegetable and animal, into processed food products. Tempe house in Siabu Village, Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The sampling in this study was determined purposively as many as 9 people. The data collection methods used in this research were in-depth interviews and direct field observation. The IFE and EFE matrices are used to determine problems with external and internal factors in the Tempe Home Industry and the SWOT Matrix is used to find out what strategies are being implemented to help the development of the Tempe Home Industry in Siabu Village, Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency.
