Abstract
Sialamann Village, Sipirok District, is a coffee producing village which contributes to meeting coffee needs in South Tapanuli Regency. Each 1 ha coffee plantation in Sialamann Village can produce 500-750 kg per ha per year. Main problem. Field conditions show that lack of optimal care causes diversity in production results, this is due to differences in knowledge about coffee cultivation. Farming science is a science that studies how someone allocates existing resources effectively and efficiently to obtain high profits at a certain time. Analysis of the feasibility level of Arabica coffee farming shows that the value of the R/C ratio is 3.96, the B/C ratio is 2.96, then the production BEP is 42.59 kg/tree and the price BEP is IDR. 651,778.44 kg so that Arabica coffee farming in Sialaman Village, Sipirok District, South Tapanuli Regency is suitable for farming because it has provided profits to coffee farmers.
