Pemberian ZPT Auksin Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq) di Pembibitan Awal (Pre Nursary)

Abstract

The role of Growth Regulators (ZPT) can influence the tissue activity of various plant organs and does not provide additional nutrients, because it is not fertilizer. Its job in plant tissue is to regulate physiological processes such as cell division and elongation. The treatment in this research was the provision of ZPT auxin in pre-nursery oil palm nurseries with various concentrations, namely concentrations of 0 ppm (control), 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm and 400 ppm. The results of the research showed that the auxin hormone concentration was significantly different from 200 ppm – 400 ppm, and when given a concentration of 400 ppm, a plant height of 20,850 cm and a diameter of 0.52 cm was obtained.
