Abstract

Innovation in processing livestock products can help the household economy. The processing of livestock products can extend the shelf life of livestock products and add nutritional value to livestock products. Chicken and duck poultry are one of the livestock raised by the arsenic community mainly as a side business. Through the service of livestock extension activities and business financing with the theme of empowering the potential of housewives, women farmer groups to develop and channel economic potential. This service activity began with a focus system approach group discussion (FGD), counseling, training and direct application to community groups of housewives and women farmerof  groups. making salted eggs with andaliman  of extract, prepared 2 packs of rub ash, 1 kg of salt, and 1/2 liter of andaliman of extract and chicken nunggets, prepared chicken ingredients ½ kg, and 1 ounce of flour, 2 tablespoons of starch, 1 egg chicken, ¼ kg panir flour, 1 pack of pepper powder, enough ice water. Women's Farmers and housewives are motivated to take part in service activities.
