Identifikasi Bakteri Rizosfer yang Memiliki Kemampuan Penghasil Fitoormon IAA Selama Fase Pertumbuhan Ubi Cilembu

Abstract

Sweet potato of cilembu varieties is one of the superior sweet potatoes that have a different taste compared with other sweet potatoes, other than that cilembu’s sweet potato is not the same taste with cilembu’s sweet potato planted in other regions while the way of cultivation is the same in general. IAA phytohormones are important in supporting plant growth. Rizosphere bacteria have the ability to produce phytohormones, so it is important to identify rhizosphere bacteria with IAA phytohormone production capabilities. In this research, 15 species of isolates have IAA producing ability.
