Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effect of endophytic fungi from sugarcane on the growth of X. albilineans in vitro. Investigation on antibacterial activity of endophytic fungi was performed using autoclave and membran filter method disc agar diffusion test. Growing bacteria in petri dishes were given 3 factor were endophytic fungi (8 endophytic fungi), dilution (4 dilution were 1 x 10 -1, 1 x 10 -2, 1 x 10 -3 and 1 x 10 -4 dan sterilisation (autoklaf and membran filter). Growth of X. albilineans in vitro were significantly inhibited by all concentration of endophytic fungi, and its inhibition in all concentrations were significantly more effective.
