Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Online Learning system in Physics at SMP Negeri 1 Lumut. The population is SMP Negeri 1 Lumut with a sample of 29 people from SMP Negeri 1 Lumut. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The instruments used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. In this research it can be concluded that there are still many students who do not agree with online learning. From the 10 questionnaire test questions with 29 students who took the questionnaire test, 290 answers were obtained from 10 tests, there were 205 answers in the Disagree category, 41 answers in the Strongly Disagree category, 37 answers in the Agree category and 7 answers in the Strongly Agree category. This shows that online learning is less effective in physics subjects. Some students choose not to agree with online learning because basically they are used to being taught directly by teachers, there are also those who think this online learning system is very boring. Apart from being boring, this online learning system doesn't really attract attention and when learning online, school assignments are always online continuously.
