Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals and skills that are needed by themselves, society, nation and state so that they are obtained. results that provide change for yourself in particular and the crowd in general. This learning process is inseparable from the motivation given to generate an atmosphere and enthusiasm for learning. This is what inspires researchers to conduct this research to see the changes that occur with the given motivation. To obtain the necessary data, the instruments used were tests and questionnaires related to motivation and heat. Furthermore, to make an instrument is to first formulate the operational definition of each variable, namely definitions that can be measured clearly about what is discussed in this case between the independent variable (X), namely motivation, the indicators are as follows: Physiological, Security, Respect , and Self-Actualization.
