STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PRAKTICE REHERSAL PAIRS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA CEPAT TEKS NARASI SISWA KELAS V MIN SIBUHUAN
Abstract
Based on the results of research carried out by the author, it can be concluded that (1) The speed reading ability of class V MIN Sibuhuan students' narrative text is still low, namely there are 4 students or 15.50% "very good" speed reading skills, 8 students or 25.00% speed reading "good", 18 students 56.25% speed reading "fairly", 2 students or 6.25% speed reading "poorly" and no speed reading "very poor". (2) Rehersal pairs practical learning strategy in improving the speed reading ability of narrative text of class V MIN Sibuhuan students, namely in cycle I, there were 10 students or 31.25% "very good" speed reading skills, 17 students or 53.13% speed reading "good", 5 students 15.63% read fast "fairly", there are no students read fast "not enough" and there are no fast reading "very poor", in cycle II there are 18 students or 56.25% fast reading skills "very good”, 14 students or 48.75% read speed “good”, no students read speed “fairly”, no students read speed “poorly” and no students read speed “very poor”. So it can be concluded that by implementing the practical rehersal pairs learning strategy, it can improve the ability to read quickly the narrative text of V MIN Sibuhuan students, Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency.
