EFFECTS OF DIGITAL STORIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF LISTENING SKILL
Abstract
This research aimed to improve students ‘listening skill at the Eighth Grade of Junior High schoolNegeri 4 Padangsidimpuan by using Digital story. A digital story is a multimedia presentation combining a variety of digital elements within a narrative structure (a story). Media may include text, images, video, audio, social media elements (e.g. Tweets) and interactive elements. Learn by observing, listening, exploring, experimenting and asking questions in school. Listening is the ability to accurately receive and interpret messages in the communication process and keys to all effective communication. English is admitted by all countries in the world as an international language, therefore it is very important to be mastered.
