Abstract

Implementation of work using human labor must be carefully trained and educated because if this is ignored, it can result in the level of individual quality not being achieved as expected by the company. To prevent misinterpretation, the problem formulation in this research is how the influence of employee development program in PT. Abdi Budi Mulia on the improvement of work performance, and the purpose of implementation of employee development program, the obstacles in the implementation of the training and the application of the field that is associated with the impact on the performance of work and how far the employee development program has been implemented in PT. Abdi Budi Mulia. From the results of the study is expected in implementing education and training programs for all employees of PT. Abdi Budi Mulia in order to be developed to improve quality, skill and skill, create the same piker pattern and develop better working method in order to improve dedication, to develop employee career, employee development program should be done continuously and regularly to improve quality and ability of Tasks charged to employees so that realized with improvements that occur in all fields in the company both in terms of quality and quantity of work. So the results of data analysis has been put forward it can be concluded that the relationship influence the development of employees on employee performance can be said enough. Based on the results of the holder, it is obtained that the r table is larger than r arithmetic (0.254 <0.43) thus the hypothesis is acceptable. While based on t test, it is known that t count bigger than t table that is 3,99> 1,98 and contribution of influence free variable (X) 11,49% while rest 77,96% influenced by factors like sport place, recreation Lacking, inadequate incentives and health facilities.
