Pertumbuhan Dan Kandungan Sitokinin Tanaman Padi Hitam (Oryza sativa L.”Aen Metan”) Hasil Perlakuan Paklobutrazol dan NPK Organik

Abstract

Black rice is one of plant food which less cultivated in Indonesia.  Today its interesting because have containing antocyanin which is good for health. The aim of this study were evaluate effect packlobutrazol and NPK organic fertilizer to growth, cytokinin endogenous, yield and antocyanin content in black rice (O. sativa ‘Aer Mentan’).  This research using Factorial block design 4 x4. First factor was paclobutrazol with 0 ppm, 12,5 ppm, 25 ppm, 50 ppm concentration. The second factor was fertilizer with doses 0 g, 2g, 4g, and 6 g with 4 replication. Statistical analysis used Anova (0.05) and to determine significant difference amongst treatment performed used DRMT.This research found that paclobutrazol 50 ppm reduced stem black rice, increased diameter, increase panicle length, ,tiller number . Combination between paclobutrazol 50 ppm  4 gr /pot and 6 gr/pot NPK organic  fertilizer 100  weight grain,  Combination paclobutrazol 12.5 ppm dan NPK organic fertilizer 6 gr/pot increased root length. Paclobutrazol treatment 25 ppm could increased endogenous cytokinin
