ANALISIS PERILAKU BULLYING DI SD NEGERI 0115 SIBUHUAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) The forms of bullying that occurred at SD Negeri 0115 Sibuhuan, (2) What factors led to bullying at SD Negeri 0115 Sibuhuan, (3) The impact of bullying at SD Negeri 0115 Sibuhuan, (4) Efforts to prevent bullying behavior at SD Negeri 0115 Sibuhuan. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 0115 Sibuhuan. The subjects of this study include school principals, teachers. While the objects in this research are class V students, it is possible that all students at SD Negeri 0115 Sibuhuan. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) the forms of bullying behavior that occur at SD Negeri 0115 Sibuhuan are physical bullying and verbal bullying. Physical bullying, for example, includes slapping, kicking and punching. Verbal bullying, for example, includes insulting parents by calling them names, making fun of them and calling them bad names. (2) Factors causing bullying behavior at SD Negeri 0115 Sibuhuan, namely family factors that are not harmonious can be said to be broken home children, peer factors, and social environmental factors, (3) Impact of bullying behavior at SD Negeri 0115 Sibuhuan, namely Victims of verbal bullying becoming less confident in himself, and mental disorders (sad and anxious). (4) Efforts to prevent bullying behavior that occurs at SD Negeri 0115 Sibuhuan are ways to provide advice, provide examples of the consequences of bullying at school and provide supervision of students, establish communication with students, become role models for students, and  talk to the bully.
